2. Delivery by railway transport
Items are delivered by land transport between the regional centers of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Delivery time: 6 – 14 working days.

All tariffs are indicated in tenge (KZT), 16% VAT inclusive, and include: the cost of packaging (envelope, delivery note); courier call; two attempts to deliver to the address specified in the invoice; delivery of invoices.
The cost of delivery is calculated based on the volumetric or actual weight.
The heaviest weight is selected for calculation.
The volumetric weight is determined by the following formula: L*W*H/5000, where L is the length, W is the width, H is the height of the parcel.
Shipments that fit into the standard branded "Rika" package are calculated based on actual weight. Shipments that do not fit into the standard branded "Rika" package are calculated based on volumetric weight.

Note: The delivery time is specified in working days, the pick-up day is excluded. Terms and tariffs for special orders, non-standard shipments, bulky cargo, as well as delivery to localities other than the district center and special courier delivery shall be discussed upon prior request, the price is negotiable. If the "volumetric weight" exceeds the "actual weight", the calculation is made according to the "volume weight".Additional services:

For shipments marked:
"Urgent" — +2100 KZT in addition to the tariff for every complete/incomplete 10 kg (available only for zones 1 and 2).
"Deliver on " " 20, "_" hours" (on business days from 9 am to 6 pm) — +2600 KZT in addition to the tariff for every complete/incomplete 10 kg.
- Delivery notification: 1100 KZT.

Sending delivery notification by e-mail or WhatsApp: 450 KZT (it is mandatory to specify the e-mail address or WhatsApp phone number).

Return to the sender between 09:00 and 18:00 within the same locality, regardless of the number of delivery attempts, for each full or partial 10 kg, +1660 KZT.

Return to the sender between 09:00 and 18:00 to another locality, regardless of the number of delivery attempts, in accordance with the applicable shipment tariff.

Change of address in the same locality (from 9:00 to 18:00): 1100 KZT. The third delivery attempt (from 9:00 to 18:00): 1100 KZT.

Repeated call of the courier to return or add items to the previously submitted correspondence during the dispatch day – 650 KZT.

Acceptance and delivery of correspondence before 9:00 and after 18:00: +2100 KZT in addition to the tariff.

Delivery of items marked:
" From door to hand” — +2600 KZT in addition to the tariff for every full / incomplete 10 kg.
"Bid" — +2600 KZT in addition to the tariff for every full / incomplete 10 kg.

The cost of providing archival data: 2600 KZT. Archival data is issued upon written request. The company archive accepts the delivery notes after 1 month from the date of delivery.

The return of correspondence un-delivered due to incorrect address, absence or relocation of the recipient, as well as fee for forwarding thereof to a new address shall be charged on a "new delivery" basis.

Waiting in the Client's office. The courier shall wait for the correspondence in the Client's office for no more than 10-15 minutes. Waiting for more than 15 minutes: 950 KZT every 30 minutes. Further waiting is at the discretion of the dispatcher.
