02.05.26 – From 09:30 to 14:00 (offices operate in Astana, Aktau, Aktobe, Almaty, Atyrau, Karaganda, Kostanay, Semey, Taraz, Uralsk, Shymkent)

03.05.26 – Day off
04.05.26 – Working day

The shipment drop-off and pick-up point operates without days off in Astana and Almaty from 09:00 to 21:00, and in Shymkent from 09:00 to 19:00.
