• The tariff is indicated in KZT, VAT is included

• The tariffs are valid for shipments of up to 1 000 kg. Over 1 000 kg – on request;

• Unloading and loading of shipments weighing over 50 kg is not included;

• To calculate the cost of delivery of heavy items (when the physical weight of at least one item is 50 kg or more) or oversized items (when the sum of the three dimensions of at least one item is 270 cm or more), an increasing coefficient applied to basic tariffs is 1.25.

• The cost of delivery is calculated based on the volumetric or actual weight.
  The heaviest weight is selected for calculation.
  The volumetric weight is determined by the following formula: L*W*H/5000, where L is the length, W is the width, H is the height of the parcel.
  

• When loading oversized or heavy cargo exceeding the established rates, the coefficient of 1.25 is applied;

• The rates are valid only within the city limits;

• The tariffs are also valid in the opposite direction;

• The tariffs are calculated based on the largest volume or physical weight;

• The delivery is carried out only within the city limits and only once. If, due to the recipient's fault, the delivery is carried out for a second time, the additional payment is charged in accordance with the tariffs of the express courier service within Kazakhstan for business, city delivery
