SPECIAL TARIFF WITHIN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN:

• The tariffs are valid for shipments of up to 1 000 kg. Over 1 000 kg – on request;

• Unloading and loading of shipments weighing over 50 kg is not included;

• Increasing coefficient to basic tariff of Economy delivery 1,25 is being used for calculation of the cost of delivery of heavy shipments  (physical weight of even one place or total weight of all dispatching pieces more or equal 50 kg. on consignment note) oroversized shipments  (sum of three dimensions of even place more or equal 270 cm.)

• The cost of delivery is calculated based on the volumetric or actual weight.
  The heaviest weight is selected for calculation.
  The volumetric weight is determined by the following formula: L*W*H/5000, where L is the length, W is the width, H is the height of the parcel.
  

• When loading oversized or heavy cargo exceeding the established rates, the coefficient of 1.25 is applied;

• The rates are valid only within the city limits;

• The tariffs are also valid in the opposite direction;

• The tariffs are calculated based on the largest volume or physical weight;

• The delivery is carried out only within the city limits and only once. If, due to the fault of the sender/recipient, the shipment is sent repeatedly, an additional fee will be charged according to the tariffs for the express courier service delivery in Kazakhstan, within city.
