Due to a technical issue, requests submitted through the “Call a courier” form on rika.kz are currently not reaching our staff.

Until the service is restored, please request a courier pickup by calling the RIKA office in your city. Contact phone numbers are listed in the “Contacts” section.

If you have already submitted a request through the website and have not received confirmation, please contact us by phone.

We are working to resolve the issue. We apologise for the temporary inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
