GUIDELINES FOR REQUESTING A COURIER VISIT

We take requests for collecting your postal items by our couriers

• from 9:00 am till 3:00 pm on MON-FRI

• from 9:30 am till 12:00 pm on SAT (Astana and Almaty)

You also can personally drop off your postal item to RIKA office during its operating hours:

• 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on MON-FRI;

• 9:30 am to 2:00 pm on SAT (Astana and Almaty)

When requesting a courier it is necessary to provide the following information:

• BIN / IIN
  

• Company name;

• Have you signed a courier service contract with us;

• Actual company address;

• A contact person’s name and telephone number;

• Destinations and a number of dispatches.

• Specify, who will be making the payment (Recipient/Sender). In case of few shipments dispatch – will all shipments to be paid by the Recipient/Sender.
